PROPERTY POLICY (HOUSE RULES)
The following are Navigate Seaside Hotel's House Rules.
These basic hotel rules and property policies have been designed to ensure our guests have an enjoyable stay.
If you have any queries, please don't hesitate to contact us.
CHECK-IN.
2:00pm - 8:00pm (Monday to Friday)
2:00pm - 6:00pm (Saturday and Sunday.)
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Alternatively a cash bond may be requested.
CHECK-OUT.
10:00am
CHILDREN & BEDS.
Child Policies

Children of any age are welcome.

Children aged 13 years and above are considered adults at this property.

To see correct prices and occupancy information, please add the number of children in your group and their ages to your search.
Cot & Extra Bed Policies.
0 - 2 years old: Porta-cot Upon Request. / NZD $30.

Prices for porta-cots are not included in the total price, and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

There are no extra beds available at this property.

All cots are subject to availability.
AGE RESTRICTION.
The minimum age for check-in is 18. Persons staying under 18 years old must be supervised by a parent or guardian 18+ years old.
PETS.
Pets are NOT allowed.
GROUPS.
When booking more than 3 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
SMOKING & VAPING.
Please do not smoke or vape in the Navigate Seaside Hotel rooms. Please smoke or vape outside.
PARKING.
There are no individually assigned parking spaces in the Navigate Seaside Hotel free off-street undercover carpark. Parking is limited to one vehicle per suite. No booking for car parking is required. Additional uncovered carparks and carparks that can accommodate larger vehicles are available off-street (down the ramp). Additional vehicles are able to be parked on Waghorne Street free of charge.
SECURITY, DISTURBANCE & NOISE.
Navigate Seaside Hotel is a busy family-friendly property and we pride ourselves on delivering a comfortable and memorable stay with a good nights sleep. Please be mindful of others. Noise, disturbances, groups congragating or parties are not permitted. Security officer visitation to Suites for these reasons or to attend fire alarm activation due to careless circumstances incurs costs (which may be recharged to guest account at $100 per officers visit).
Navigate Seaside Hotel strongly recommends that at the time of booking you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover items including but limited to: loss of booking amount through cancellation, loss or damage to personal luggage or possessions, loss of money and medical expenses.
LOST & FOUND.
Belongings that are left behind and found by the staff at Navigate Seaside Hotel will be securely stored for two weeks. After this time items that are deemed high value (passports & items approximately over $50) will be handed to the local police station. Items below this value will be donated to our favoured local charity. Navigate Seaside Hotel is not liable for lost property and storage.
If you believe you have left behind any of your personal belongings, please contact reception so this can be traced and returned to you as soon as possible.
Guests are liable for handling, postage and courier costs or charges for returning lost property. Alternatively, lost property can be collected in person from the reception desk.
REMOVAL OF HOTEL ITEMS (INCLUDING TOWELS.)
The removal of hotel assets or inventory items is not permitted including towels. If you wish to visit the beach or similar outside ,then please do not remove towels from your Suite but discuss borrowing towels for this purpose with reception.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS.
Navigate Seaside Hotel accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

NAVIGATE SEASIDE HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY.
Booking direct offers the most flexible cancellation policy of any booking service.
A valid credit card is required to confirm a direct booking. Bookings may be cancelled or amended without penalty up until 2pm, two days prior to arrival. A pre-authorisation on the supplied guest credit card will occur approximately 48 hour prior to arrival.
If the pre-authorization fails, Navigate reserves the right to terminate the booking without notice. All cancellations must be received no later than 2 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel 2 days prior to your arrival or less you will be charged 100% of the total accommodation amount. This includes no shows and cancellation of nights after arrival. Per bank rules, the physical card will need to be presented on arrival for verification.
Kindly note our reception hours are from 8am to 8pm daily (6pm on weekends).
Please contact us to arrange a late arrival if you plan to arrive later. A key drop is available for early departures.
