What a great place to stay. We booked a studio - huge room and KS bed, large bathroom and shower with good hot water, aircon that can be controlled in each room, tea and coffee making facilities (including a plunger) + microwave and fridge. We were on the third floor (room 304) and had a partial view of the water, which was nice. Sliding doors opened to a small balcony. Wifi was good (though a little slow on a busy Saturday night). Crucially, there was free parking (secure as a bonus) because most hotels in Napier CBD charge a minimum of $25 a night. Napier CBD is a short 5 minute drive away, over the hill. Plenty of dining options within walking distance.

Superb location, right across the road from the beach and very handy to Ahuriri village cafes and boutique cinema. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

10. A lovely experience to kick off our summer holiday.

Lovely accommodation close to everything you need. The staff were friendly and helpful and the beds so comfortable! We had adjoining rooms with our two teenage daughters. No evening meals in the hotel but lots of options close by. There’s a local cafe that you can access directly from the hotel for breakfast. We stayed for a night to break our journey to Taupo and thoroughly enjoyed this place.

Hotel on the beachfront right opposite The Boardwalk. Clean basic hotel with a small kitchenette. Ground floor room had a generous patio area with table and chairs. Free parking in the basement car park with secure gates. Would stay again.

We had a good stay for the 3 nights and the rooms were always presented so well for us on our return to the room. Would happily stay there again. Good location to the beach and playground and is only a short drive to town.
